Who we are

What we collect

• Contact details you give us: your name, email address, and — only if you choose to provide it — your mobile phone number.
• Program activity: your assessment answers, module progress, and messages exchanged with the learning assistant, so we can teach you and let you resume where you left off.
• Device/technical data needed to run the app (e.g., a push-notification subscription if you enable notifications).

How we use it

• To deliver the program, save your progress, and personalize your path.
• To send you account and progress messages by email, push notification, or — with your consent — text message.
• To improve the program and provide support.

Text messaging (SMS)

If you opt in, we send recurring automated text messages such as progress reminders and resume links. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time, or HELP for help. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us operate the program (for example, our hosting, email, and messaging vendors), and only as needed to provide the service or as required by law.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe from texts (reply STOP), from emails (use the unsubscribe link), and turn off push notifications in your device settings. To access or delete your data, email ab@goelev8.ai.
