Using the program

The AI Exit Strategy, operated by F&N Services LLC (doing business as The AI Exit Strategy), provides an educational program delivered online. By using it you agree to use it for its intended purpose and not to misuse, copy, or resell the content. The program is provided “as is” for educational purposes; it is not financial or professional advice.

SMS / text message program terms

• Program: The AI Exit Strategy progress reminders and resume links.
• Opt-in: You agree to receive recurring automated text messages by providing your mobile number and checking the consent box. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
• Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your activity.
• Cost: Message and data rates may apply.
• Opt-out: Reply STOP at any time to cancel. Reply HELP for help, or email ab@theaiexitstrategy.com.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

TAES Ebooks: selling your ebook

These terms apply when you publish or sell an ebook at theaiexitstrategy.com/ebooks.

• You own your book. You keep the copyright and all rights to what you write. You give us permission to host, display, preview (including the first pages), sell and deliver it in our store for as long as it is listed.
• You are responsible for the rights. You confirm that you wrote the book (with or without AI assistance), that you have the right to publish everything in it, and that it does not copy anyone else’s work, share anyone’s private information, or make false claims.
• AI assistance. Our writer uses Claude, an AI model, to help draft and polish your book. You are responsible for reviewing and approving every word before you publish.
• Review and removal. We review every book before it is listed. We may decline, remove or stop selling any book at any time, for example if it breaks these terms or the law. Buyers keep access to copies they already bought.
• Platform fee: 10%. For each sale we keep 10% of the price as a platform fee. You receive the rest, minus Stripe’s payment processing fee, which Stripe charges to your account. Your first hosted book is free.
• Plans. The Author plan ($15 a month) and Pro plan ($29 a month) host more books and include more daily writing help from Claude. Plans renew every month on the card you choose until you cancel. You can switch or cancel at any time from your author dashboard; a canceled plan stays active until the end of the month you paid for, and we don’t give partial refunds. Books you already published stay up if you go back to Free, but you can’t start new ones past the Free limit.
• Card on file. Before a paid book goes live you must keep a debit or credit card on file with us (prepaid cards are not accepted). Saving it doesn’t charge it. We use it for your plan, if you have one, and may charge it for amounts you owe us under these terms.
• Payouts through Stripe. To sell a paid book you set up a Stripe account, which is subject to the Stripe Connected Account Agreement. Each sale is processed by Stripe on your account, with our platform fee taken out. Stripe sends your earnings to your bank account; you are responsible for any taxes on them.
• Refunds. If a buyer gets a refund or disputes a charge, the amount comes back out of your Stripe balance, as Stripe’s terms describe. We may return our platform fee on refunded sales.
• Exclusive programs. If you enroll a book in a program that requires exclusivity (such as Amazon KDP Select), you must take it down from our store first.
• Buyers receive a personal copy of the PDF for their own use; they may not resell or share it.
